The protocol remains the same as last week.
The Yoga Whole is open for IN STUDIO CLASSES--However, this STILL applies to Debbie's classes only. I have resumed my Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday IN STUDIO classes.
As a reminder--Lynne's classes are all live ZOOM. She will be teaching all of her regular classes (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) as LIVE ZOOM.
MASK WEARING AND PHYSICAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY DURING YOUR ENTIRE VISIT TO THE STUDIO. INCLUDING DURING YOUR CLASS.
PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS OR USE HAND SANITIZER UPON ENTRY TO THE STUDIO (BE CONSIDERATE OF USING SHARED SPACES)

This is a mantra to Ganesha (the remover of obstacles) and his incarnated energy-Vinayaka which translates as "something under control". Don't think I need to say more about how the energy of this mantra might be useful spread out into the world right now.
